Any help would be appreciated. The state is Pennsylvania.

My children's Father and I want to make a change to our custody agreement. Two changes. First to add the right of first refusal and second to change custody for a specified two month period of time during his absence.

Neither one of can afford an attorney and he has agreed to meet me at the courthouse and sign a modification stating this.

So far, from my research, I "believe" I need to file a "stipulation" and it has to be accompnied by some "consent" to the courts. WHERE do I go to find out the legalities of this paperwork? I.E. What papers I need to file and how they need to be worded in order to be "legal".

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Kim
