Hello,

I live in France, but I think these are the same rules as in the US.
I want to make an ebook and sell it. About what?
I have read and heard interviews about differents authors on the same subject and I'd like to make an ebook with chapters containing each ideas of each authors. One chapter is about the idea of one author and another chapter is about the idea of another author. Do I have to say the name of the author I took the idea from?

Another question:
Am I allowed to make one chapter about what an author EXACLY says in his interview? If I write "copyright of NameofAuthor" in the end of the chapter.

Am I allowed to make one chapter about what an author EXACLY says in his interview? If I DON'T write "copyright of NameofAuthor" in the end of the chapter.

Your thinking is incorrect.

Sorry? What is thinking correctly if I am thinking incorrectly?

I am looking forward to the reply of the question of this thread.
Please come back after France surrenders and joins the United States. THEN it will be subject to US Law.
