Maybe I worded that question incorrectly in the end. I didn't mean it so much as the realtor actually hand me 1/2 the commission, but that we re-write for a lessor percentage, because he in fact did not do anything in that instance, so really does not deserve as high a commission. The buyer tried to reach him from Thursday to Monday and it was finally late Monday afternoon when a call was returned to the buyer. Besides, he never signed the contract and if he did it was after I received my copy which still remains unsigned by the realtor. Again, what legal recourse if any.

I am seriously looking for "real" advice. If you don't have any to offer, please don't waste my time and yours posting useless information and opinions.

Thank you for your kind comments.
I believe that either you do not know who you are writing to or you do not care.
I am the attorney that responds to the majority of the posts in this Real Estate Law forum. To date, I have posted over 10,000 responses on this website.
My intention is to help you but not with that attitude.
If you wish to continue with your ungrateful attitude, then please leave this website.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Signed,

It is not a matter of me not knowing who you are or caring for that matter. You did not consider the fact that I was new at this posting and question answering session, and quite possibly had not figured out how to post replies "using the same thread".

The attitude is all yours. I am seriously looking for advice. If you have no desire to give me that, then you really did not have to respond. I used this sight for convenience, thinking it would be useful and helpful to me and maybe someone else later.

I always say the way you word something says a lot about attitude. When you responded to that second post I simply took you as been someone playing on the sight, because if you were trying to advise me, don't you think it would have been more professional to "educate" me as to how the threads work and then proceed to give me the advice I requested?

If you felt offended by me, it was not my intent to do so. However, you need to consider, that I too felt offended by your response given the circumstances.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Sorry, I respond to over 300 posts per day on this website and other sites. I have no time to educate on specific forum bbs usage as I barely have time to answer posts.
