I have a website. If one or more of the banner ads I sell on my site turns out to be a ponzi scheme and illegal, would I be responsible in any way? I do have warnings at my site that the ads are not verfied by myself for legitimacy and could be illegal. These same companies do advertise on google adsense.

So you are saying any newspaper that publishes a classfieds ad to a product or service which ends up being a scam would make the newspaper laible as well?

ANd does this mean google is also illegally selling ads to these companies as well?
