Kansas and I’m wanting to know what I need to report and when. For instance if I make less than what SSI and SSDI give me do I need to report those earnings. Also is the time spent photographing considered working so I need to report my hours.

You must report any money you make while on SSI or SSDI no matter how small.

For SSI, the government will reduce your benefits as a result. The first $85 you make is free, for every dollar earned over that they decrease your benefit dollar for dollar.

SSDI caps how much you can earn to $1220/month. You earn more than that. you are not going to be considered disabled.
