Let me start by saying I live in the UK so I don't know how that affects the laws on my question.
I'm looking to set up my own online bootleg shop for music DVDs. These are concerts either broadcast on television and then transfered from VHS to DVD or audience shot concerts. None of which are or are likely to be released on DVD or any commercially available format.
I will be selling each DVD for somewhere between 4.99 and 9.99, leaving small profit for me. I understand there are legal issues involved but I'm sure there's a way around it. The person who runs this site- www.raretv.co.uk does a very similar thing but with television programmes. If you read his disclaimer, it's very interesting. Does anyone know if I used that disclaimer, would it work for me too?
