What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ca.

My parents decided to sell their cemetary plots in one city and move to another. So we have two plots to sell. Is this easy to do? I heard, you need to have the deed signed in front of a notary. Then what? Hand the deed over to the new owner?
