A non-disclosure agreement signifies something more might be going on.
Which is why a review by an attorney is in order. However there is little chance that a manufacturer would have no recourse when a customer refuses to pay for product ordered.

There IS legal recourse for the manufacturer.

This recourse might not be (and probably won't be) changing the client's product labels or modifying the product for sale.

Facts matter - and we have not been provided with some facts that matter most. An attorney's personal review of the contracts is recommended.
