What legal doc's do I need to sell my share of Corporate stock to my existing partners. How should I protect myself from future obligations.

It all depends -- to start to achieve the objectives you should ask for a general release from any claims they may have against you, and an indemnification from them -- for past and future claims -- that anyone else may have against you arising out of the business. This should all be put in an agreement that has had the benefit of YOUR coulsel's revew!
