What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IL

Are there any changes in the Laws in India for selling land after the split of Telangana and AP? Is it possible to sell land in India without the seller's presence using Power of Attorney, etc? What is the procedure to appoint a PoA from here?

Is it possible to hire an attorney, law firm, bank, real estate company, property management company, etc in India to sell the land and transfer money to avoid litigations?

Also, what is the procedure to setup a Trust on a relative's kids whose father passed away so they receive interest on the principal until they are 21 years old?

What are the options to sell land without the seller's presence?

TIA

You can notarize a POA with any notary here and have it apostilled from your state for the use in India.

(I have done that many times in my state and they were no problem for the courts in India. I am not Indian citizen.)
