my mother lived in state A she died 2 years ago. she has 3 children all grown i am the oldest. She had property in State B. and a renter. the renter have been living rent free for 2 year she did not leave a will. the children can not agree on anything, i want to step in and sell the house. i paid the funeral bills. if we do nothing the renter will have it the untilmatly the city. incidently i live in city C

What?

Also, what is your "specific" question? I see no question. Please be more specific by telling us what the siblings are saying about this problem, and whom they have consulted. Additionally, you must tell us the involved States so we can look up the applicable laws, if necessary. Don't worry, divulging State names is not a crime.
