Selling screenshots?

I run a Microsoft Flight Simulator fansite and would like to create/sell a calendar featuring screenshots (print screens) from the game. Here are my questions:

1. Are screenshots copyrighted by the program creator (Microsoft), or by the person capturing the screenshot?

2. Will I run into any copyright trouble making a profit on said screenshots?

3. Should I print copyright info at the bottom of each image?

The only other similar question that I've seen was https://forum.freeadvice.com/showthread.php?threadid=82813&highlight=copyright+screen however, in that case he was not selling the screenshots...

Looks like you are in the clear:
