I'm thinking about selling shares in a group of internet domain names that I own. Each of these domain names has a certain value (professionally appraised), but they also produce income in a variety of ways. I know that, if there were share holders, the proceeds from the domains would have to be dispersed appropriately. What I don’t know is how to legally sell shares of an internet domain name. Is there a particular form or contract that I would need? What if I wanted to add additional domain names to the group and then issue additional shares? Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
