What is the name of your state? New Jersey

i have a website that a number of people are interested in buying so what i would like to do is reproduce/copy it and sell it multiple times with different domain names

i believe this classifies as a skinned or a template website, what i want to know is:
1) is there anything illegal about this
2) in order to do this legally what exactly do i have to tell the buyer when i pitch the sale

Yes, i would place a notice in the "for sale" ad notifying the customer the website is not of a unique design, i just need to know what exactly i'm required to say and offcourse i would like to make it sound as confusing or unnoticeble as possible

Oh.

So you want us to help you defraud someone.

I'm not interested.

By the way, did you know you were and idiot and a jerk both?
great i see this site is just full of mature and literate people, might've as well asked for advice on the dallas cowboys forums

and no i'm not trying to defraud anyone, i'm trying to figure out the legal way to handle this type of sale, people sell template websites all the time i was just looking for the proper way to do it without making it seem like bad product to the customer
