What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Illinois
In January I purchased a website on ebay. I was told by the seller that the domain name was already promised to someone else so I would have to register a new domain name. A few months ago I found out that the seller sold the same website and domain name to someone else also (not on ebay) a day or two before it was sold to me. I have been trying to find out if this is legal. Is it considered fraud? Can I sue the seller? I live in Illinois, the seller is Massachusetts.
