What is the name of your state? New York

If a person were to sell 'not for resale' tix to Sea World on ebay, would there be any legal ramifications that could be taken against that person?

Yep, Sea World could refuse to honor the tickets and the buyer could sue you in court. Ebay could also close the auction without notice, selling restricted use or not for resale items is a violation of Ebay's TOS.

I'm cool with the answer!;) If the transaction has already taken place and the tix have already been used, is there any way Sea World could make a legal claim against you if they knew about the auction?
