I'll try to be brief,I have a webpage and sell non-pornographic videos (wet-tshirt etc.) I paid a model to participate in a non-pornographic video. She agreed, and the video was filmed after she was paid. I now sell that work of video on my website and also display images from the video on the site. Now the model has had a falling out with an associate of mine, and is basically saying to me "thanks for the money, now take down my pictures and stop selling the film since you didn't get a release." I have always been told that, I, as the photographer am the owner of the material (copyright), as long as she knew she was being filmed, was a willing participant and knew that this would be displayed on the net and also sold, I did not need a release signed, as I was not using any material produced by her. This would be the case whether I paid her or not. So, do I have to take her pictures down from the site, or stop selling her video? Mostly I've heard that I'm fine becuase this not a "Hidden Camera" type of situation. I just want some more opinions.
