Sent large amount of money/Never recieved items

I sent money for a supercharger kit back in March 2005. To this date, I have not recieved it. I have been in contact with the seller. he states that it is not his fault, but the fault of other vendors.

I have already told him I need a refund because it has been 5-6 months and I have no proof that he is even working on my kit.

He refuses and threatens to just keep my money and take me to small claims court in Alabama where he lives.

What are my options?

I sent money via Paypal and it is past their 3 month limit.

How can he take YOU to court?

I mean you paid him. And you have the PayPal records.
It's been 6 months already.
I would probably call him and demand my money.
If not, take HIM to court.
