Back in January 2004, I received a collection letter from Attention LLC, stating I owed them 2800.00 from a past credit card. I immediately sent a validation letter certified mail which they completly ignored, then a Estopple letter giving them 15 days to validate or they waved all rights to this, which they never responded to either. Since then I have'nt heard anything from them untill Oct 22nd,04. When they called, I informed them they were in violation of the FDCPA, which I guess they dont care about cause they been calling everyday since then. Any advise of what I can do?

Yes, send them another letter delineating they're FDCPA violations of continuing collection activity when they have not complied with your validation request. There are follow-up DV letters at creditinfocenter.com

How old is this debt, when did you last pay the original creditor ??
