What is the name of your state? CA

My plea form says "STC (sentence to court)" as the punishment. My lawyer says we have a deal, but why isn't our deal spelled out on the form? "Sentence to court" seems awfully vague for something I am signing. Is this normal?

No, this isn't normal.

At the probation & sentencing hearing, you'll know the sentence.

Your bad. You should know the terms and conditions of your sentence, in detail, before you plead.

Strange, not to put the proposed disposition on the record at the time of the plea.
Tell me this is a misdemeanor. That's bad enough.

Sounds like an 'open plea' - to the Judge, on all counts, nothing dismissed by the People.

The charge was the A part of the DUI statute. Terms were pretty much 5 yrs probation, alcohol ed classes, and a fine. No jail time. I'm not required to do anything before the setence.
