what is the name of your state? WISCONSIN

hi, i have a b/f in a wisconsin state prison charged with 5 dui's.
he is an alcoholic needless to say, he is sentenced to two years+
two yrs probation, does anyone have info on what his chances are for early release or parole? thank god nobody was hurt, no accidents.with the new truth and sentencing law, i wonder if he will get parole. any info. thank you merilee:mad:

Whether or not someone will make parole is something is virtually impossible to answer, assuming the state provides for paroles in their specific case. There are many factors that are considered, and one, of course, is the number of prior offenses for the same or similar offense. One thing that does *sometimes* help is letters of support from family and friends and job offers. But, there is no such thing as a "magic bullet".
