My first arrest ever, hardly even a traffic ticket. My husband and I are charged with possesion. We hired a lawyer but I don't trust anyone these days. What kind of punishment is usual for 1st timer's in there 40s, kid's grown and gone, running 2 small business's? Thank's

I like the "lightbulb" icon because this site may well open some eyes to what the so-called Justice cyst'em in America is truly about now.
Everyone is likely to be arrested in the US now. The US has over 2-million hostages (prisoners-inmates) and has 25% of the world's prisoners.
