Can you file different support issues on one motion, or should they be separate motions but one order? For example, if request is needed for reimbursement of expenses, and a QDRO is also needed (due to specific format required by human resources/retirement), should they be separate? I really appreciate you all taking the time to respond, thank you.

I don't know for sure about VA's requirements, but I can tell you that a simple reimbursement is much, MUCH less complicated than a QDRO. I know that the Q motion is simply to request the Q, but I'd totally keep them separate. It doesn't kill the court to view 2 separate motions; and one is specifically to enforce the order (reimburse), while another is to, basically, modify a small portion of the order (introducing the QDRO). See the diff?

Your best bet is to visit the Clerk of Court and see what s/he says. :)
