separated wife and parking tickets

Name of state tickets in- NJ Drivers lic. -PA- Separated to address in NJ.

Since my wife deserted marriage 2 months ago she managed to accumulate 3 tickets- 2 parking(in her new area) and one speeding.
One parking ticket has both our names on it(sent notice of missed court appearance to marital home) while the other just her name.
How to I get out of the responsibility of being involved with the ticket?

First, get your name off that registration. Contact the DMV to see how.

What did they say when you called the phone number on the missed court appearance notice? Did you give them your wife's new address?

The car is marital property. Both our names are on registration, loan, and insurance, so I dont
think I can have my named removed that easy.
When I called the munincapality they did ask for that address, but I will not have it until Jan 2 when her temp restraining order against me is dismissed.
