Me and my husband separated on April 10,2000.We got our legal separation on Sept.14,2000.My husband got the full and sole custody of our child on Jan. 9,2001 and i have the standard visitation rights, since i moved out of state(from Lancaster,SC to Arlington,VA).Now i'm obligated to pay my husband child support, which i didn't have problem with that.Right now the judge still working on the amount of child support.Last November 2000 my husband's lawyer sent me the paper works for the house that i have to signed it over to him.Well i sent the documents with my signature on it last Wednesday (Jan.16,2001)to his lawyer. My husbad called me yesterday around 2:05 p.m. eastern time(Jan.19,2001)asking me why i didn't get the documents notarized, and i told him i didn't know.He was yelling at me on the phone and cursing me out for not having to get the documents notarized. He's telling me that he's lawyer is going to send me a new one for me to sign and notarize and send it back to his lawyer.I told him okay,i'll do that.An hour later i've got an email from my husband saying that he's not going to let me see my child anymore and that's a promise. And one thing is he said that if he don't get the documents by Wednesday next week, his lawyer can take care of it without me signing the papers, basically what he's saying is he they can sign it without me and he can get the house and is cost me a lot of money.I really don't have a problem signing it i just did not appreciate his threat. My question is, is my husband have any right to keep me from seeing my child? Even the judge granted me the standard visitation rights? Is his lawyer have the right to sign my name on the documents without me signing it?And why do i have to pay his lawyer's fee?
