What is the name of your state? North Carolina

I was married about 4 months ago. I am wondering is it to late to get an annulment and if so do i have to file for separation or just move out for a year?

Why do you want to end your marriage? It does actually matter - how long you were married is irrelevant in NC.

We have been together for 7 years and just recently got married. Everything has changed since then with us. More fighting and sleeping in separate rooms. We don't talk much anymore.

I don't think that's going to qualify you for an annulment. You're going to actually have to get divorced.
