i'm a 23 year old girl & is a resident of guwahati(india).one year before i have done registry marriage but i never stayed with my husband as my parents were objecting.now i want to break that registry.please let me know the necessary steps that i will have to take & also let me know if it is a must that both the parties(i.e. husband & wife) needs to appear before the court or simply one party can complete the legal procedures of separation? please help me. i dont want to go to the court.
