My question is:
Do I have the right to move back in until the divorce is final & if so, do I need a lawyer to enforce that right? (in general i know i need a lawyer, i'm waiting cuz i don't want to divorce)
background info: husband & i separated 15 months ago(not legally separated). i moved into an apartment, i let him stay in the house because we thought we were getting back together. he has since gotten engaged and moved his fiance into our home. i still want us to work on our marriage and he doesn't. i also want our home if we do divorce and he expects to keep it.

Lacy,
I know it is difficult to accept, but it seem obvious hubby is moving on with his life and the sooner you do the quicker you will start to heal. As for the other issues, you're right you'll have to see a lawyer unless you can come to terms through mediation.
Good luck
