What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland

I am in Maryland and been divorced since 2010 My ex has continually taken me to court for a host of things, claiming misunderstandings in the agreement she wrote but we both signed and was admitted into the decree (incorporated, not merged)

My question is, in the agreement she was suppose to remove her name from mortgage and title to the house, she never has prior to divorce nor after, I currently have a court date for a declaratory judgement on the agreement, and this is one of many issues

Unfortunately I have been out of work as alot of people and can no longer afford my attorney so he has removed himself.. I cant blame him, but its a bad position for me

My ex, has not removed her name from the house which prevented me from selling it, at one point she did list it with me (during the divorce) as soon as it was final the contract ended we where going to change realtors, and she refused to sign, her lawyer even told me he told her not too

The house is now in foreclosure due to my unemployment, neither of us live there, can I still ask for Crawford credits? or her contribution? since we are tenants in common and due to her unwillingness to sign to list, I can not do a thing and still have this house which I expressed openly in court on several occassions I was stuck there, I finally had bitten the bullet and paid rent and mortgage so I could move and not ruin my credit (which is ruined now probably) and the house is in preforeclosure..

Any help would be greatly appreciated

How exactly do you expect her to remove her name from the mortgage unless YOU refinance it in your own name? I certainly don't blame her for refusing to sign a quit claim when she's still responsible for the mortgage. Clearly you need to sell this house since you can't afford it; I think the best you're going to get is an order for her to cooperate with the sale. Will you owe her money when it sells?
