SEPERATION - CAN I SEE ANOTHER WOMAN WHILE SEPERATED AND WAITING FOR DIVORCE

im in tn and need to know if after i have seperated from my wife and we signed a seperation agreement that we did on our own and signed if while we wait for the divorce if i can see another woman without it being used as adultry. I met this woman before i seperated online and talked to her on the phone but did not meet untill 5 weeks after my seperation? thanks

did you file it with the courts? hope so, otherwise, you are not even legally serperated.

yes, she could use it against you. although most states have a no-fault divorce. would there be a reason for her to use it? BIG finacial settlement, anything of this nature?

if she was so cooperative for the seperation papers. why not just use a paralegal and draw up the divorce papers and file them. if neither are contesting anything, it's should be simple.
