Ok This may be a dumb question. What is the difference between seperation and desertion? I am in South Carolina and a couple of lawyers here were of no use. My husband said that he'd leave, then changed his mind when he said I can file for divorce on grounds of desertion. Now I'm confused. We've only been married 4 months. Can I still get an anullment or is it too late?
