Serious Libel and Slander in VA

I live In Virginia. I am 16 years old. Recently I was accused of trying to rape another 16 year old girl. These were complete lies yet there was no way to determine if it was true or not. But the girl has posted all over her online journal that I am a rapist and has made malicious attacks on my character. She has also said the same thing to many peope. I have the complete journals and many people who can attest to the fact that she has possibly acted in Libel and or Slander. She continues to say these things and post more and more. Is there any legal action I can take against this. I have my parents behind me in this. Please Include any advice and If I am legally in the right to take legal action. Thank you

Give your parents the 'evidence' and the names of the people the girl has told this to, and have them consult an attorney for either a cease and desist letter or a suit for libel per se.
