What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California, Los Angeles
My husband has just served me with papers and it says it is nor a nullity with the reason being fraud. He is the one who committed the fraud, however I think he is accusing me, but I don't I know how I can find out or what I do next. I don;t want to sign any papers that will accuse me of committing the fraud. It is basically him telling me before we were married that he would provide a place for us to live, however he did not, so to me that is fraud since he tricked me into believe we would live together. We have only been married 1 month. What do I do next or can I file my own paperwork stating that he committed the fraud?
