What is the name of your state? california.

I have a lease with a corporation. This a tenants of commercial property situation. They have not pay their rent. They have a local distric manager who I have initicially worked with.

Can I serve the manager the 3 days notice or do I need to serve their agent for service (which is out of town).

In a normal situation. I have to tyr to serve the person(S) who is occupying the property at their residence or place of business or give the notice to someone who is at their residece or business who is over 18 and mail a copy to them. Or post a copy on the property and mail a copy to them. But, what do you do about a coorporation.
