My current girlfriends ex and father of child has not been paying his obligated cs payments. Girlfriend went to file paperwork today, but doesnt know where her ex lives, therefore doesnt know what address to use on the paper work?

How does she go about finding out where he lives, and where to send the paperwork/?

Visit a Child support collection/enforcement unit .

Or, if she has some info she could request the court to sign/initiate a FPLS form , but that's what CS collections does anyways .
