What is the name of your state? michigan. HI I have a bit of a problem my mother is suing someone in small claims court and the process server was unable to locate the man she is suing but I know where he is and we have untill midnight tonight to serve him my question is how many times will the court resecdual the court date due to not finding this individual this will be the 3rd time if I can not make it there by midnight tonight any advice is greatly apreciated thanks again
