I want to set up a non for profit (baseball League)corp operating in NY. I am already an "S" (NY) corp, but should have been a non for profit from day 1 (1996). Can I convert my S corp to a non for profit or should I just start a new corp? Also am I better off incorporating in NY or DE? Business will be conducted in NY. Thanks in advance for any input!
