I am attempting to set up an online retail business with the target audience as anyone but US. I am technically not an authorized retailer or distributor but I buy my merchandize from the official company store at the face value retail price. However, these merchandize will be shipped abroad at customer request and my prices might actually pose international competition to countries where the official company has set up a establishment at. So my questions are:

Can international authorized retailers sue me under intellectual property rights or something similar for reselling a product to their country when I bought it at retail price as an end-user? (For countries which allow parallel imports)

Can they still sue me if the product is sold at no or negative profit although that still poses a price competition? (As if I am a consumer who is done with the merchandize and is just selling off as used)

This question is if I am safe if I sell at no or negative profit:
Can I set up a LLC, resell the product for profits and use profits to purchase company equipment hence reducing it to be considered non-profit?
