My husband was supposed to file divorce in November of 99. he never did, and he had taken our 5 yr. old when he left. In order for me to take my son for a visit, my husband had me sign a settlement agreement stating that he has full custody in a different state. He now has no job, no money-and says if I try to get my son, i will not be able to find him. Am I bound by this agreement-signed and notarized even though he hasn't filed for divorce yet?
