I yall, live in Fl. and am desprately trying to get some idea as to what may be an acceptable W/C settlement ,giving medical as well. I have knee problems 3 herniations ,have always worked in trades of which the Dr. say isn't possible anymore. Attorney is highly praised but he doesn't want to tease me with numbers. It is still early in the game , no offer has been made, I still have a way to go with treatment, but I have to plan for the future.I will need back surgery down the line , and possible knee(s) replacements. Does anyone have any examples of settlements they cane share? ballpark figures?

There is no way anyone here can answer this question. It is impossible to know what your award could be without knowing all the facts. We have no idea of the medical costs or even the future costs etc..

Good luck..

Smartass!

My response: If you care to read the writer's post carefully, you will realize that the question involved cane share.
I still have some old cane shares which are worth between $10K and $1mil depending upon raw and refined sugar demand and the demand for bagasse.

That is a broad overstatement, as my cane shares only panned out to a buck seventy five.

My response: Dat's cuz you sold at the wrong time. I used to own shares in a dot com company. I did not sell a the right time.
Now I really have bagasse.
