My boyfriend pays support for his daughter to the mother. He is suing a hotel in Ma. for personal injuries incured while on hotel property. Will he have to inform the mother if he wins? He is planning to give the mother, on the daughters behalf, a large lump amount along with creating a trust fund for his daughter.
Thanks

I don't think he has to tell her, but it would be nice to see him put some money aside for his daughter's future.

Thanks for responding. Like I said in the message he will be creating a trust fund for her so that she will be taken care of when she comes of age.

This is my suggestion...Have your husband open his own account on behalf of the daughter for when she comes of age. That way, he'll know that the money will be there until for the child.
