What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Tx
I've had a settlement pending for over 10 years now, and I'm starting to think it may have been settled but my lawyer didn't tell me. How do I find out if a lawsuit is settled?

If you signed a paper agreeing to a settlement, then it was settled. Did you sign anything? It's not possible for the lawsuit to have been settled without your knowledge and participation.
