Have settled an injury case against workers comp out of court. Cash settlement.(Florida) Will the check for my part of the settlement come directly to me from their insurance co? I signed a settlement agreement over three months ago and have not recieved anything as yet.

Yes unless paid to your attorneys' law firm. Contact the insurance company to see what is causing the delay.
