Can anyone tell me the following. My lawyer told me after the judge told the company I was terminated from them I am getting the full amount of the workers comp claim but now my lawyer is tell me that the judge made a mistake on the date and so he says we have to wait a couple more days. I am beginning to smell a fish here as he keeps making up different excuses as to why I am not getting the funds so should I be or is this fact he is telling me probably true.
