i'm from CO. I was in an auto accident a year ago friday. They say I have an si dysfunction and myofascial pain. I now walk with a cane. I am not working. I was laid off because I could not perform the duties at the time. I was put a 27% disibility with work restricions of no more than 10 lbs and sit ,stand ,walk as need for no more than 6 hours. regular followup visits for pain and medication management.

I just got my first check but I am concern that my attrorey is not up front about the money or i just dont understand now that we are getting ready to handle the personal injury claim. i got 77,925. medical to date 21,921. ttd (10,970) tpd (5,651). just how much should we be asking for? i was told about 400 thousanc. i understand he gets 33 1/3%. do i have to pay workers comp back for my medical? Please help me understand what i should expect.
