I live in Michigan and i am seventeen years old with a young child i was wondering if i could move out of my mothers house and move out of the state to Tennessee. She already said i could move out my parents are divorced. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Legally - no. Well, you could but then your MOTHER would be violating the law.
