What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FLORIDA

I have a written contract with my employer that clearly states that upon termination of my employment I am entitled to the equivalent of 12 weeks pay. The employer has not paid me. What is my legal rights and are their attorneys that can work on contingency fee? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

You need to take your contract to a local attorney for an opinion. Depending on the amount, you may or may not be able to find one to take it on contingency.
