My boss constantly talks about SEX @ work. We work in a staffing agency (total of three females). Whenever a good looking guy walks in the door she'll say, "HE'S MINE". When the guy leaves all she can talk about is getting some. Once she interviews them she gets personal and has even asked employees to lunch. She just does stupid things in front of men (i.e. dancing around the office, cusses, talks about things that she knows nothing about). We have already received three complaints about her.
We want to say something but she said when she walked in the door that 'No one crosses her'. She has The Boss wrapped around her finger-of course he is man. She says that she is his 'sugar daddy'. Like that is a funny thing to say in the workplace.
We have documented everything-how do we approah her and let her know that her sexual orientation is losing business!

OBVIOUSLY, YOUR BOSS HAS SOME SERIOUS INSECURITIES ABOUT HERSELF AND SEXUALITY. IS YOUR AGENCY A PART OF A CHAIN OF
STAFFING AGENCIES OR SOME OTHER CONGLOMERATE WHERE THERE IS HEADQUARTERS,ETC. OBVIOUSLY, SHE IS ALREADY DOING THE BOSS THERE AT YOUR OFFICE AND HE FINDS HER HUMOROUS OR SOMETHING FOR NOT SAYING SOMETHING BEFORE. YOU ALL GOT TO START IGNORING HER COMMENTS, DON'T GIVE HER ANY SUPPORT, SHOW ANY INTEREST IN THE THINGS SHE SAYS AND DOES SEXUALLY BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY SHE FEELS SHE HAS AN AUDIENCE AND THAT YOU ALL LIKE IT. IMMEDIATELY CHANGE THE CONVERSATION WHENEVER SHE STARTS UP. IF IGNORING HER DOESN'T WORK THAN YOU GOT TO GO PLAN"B" IF SHE IS REALLY OUT OF CONTROL AND YOU CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE AND THAT IS GO HIRE THAN HER BOSS. MAY SOUND A LITTLE CRUEL, RISKY, OR DOWN-RIGHT UNETHICAL, BUT SEND AN
ANNONOMOUS COMPLAINT LETTER TO CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS LIKE YOU WERE ONE OF THE CUSTOMERS AND TELL NO ONE, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE, NONE OF THE OTHERS, THAT YOU DID THIS. THAN SEE WHAT HAPPENS. IF THAT DOESN'T WORK, YOU JUST MIGHT CONSIDER
LOOKING FOR EMPLOYMENT SOMEPLACE ELSE IF YOU CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE. THAN YOU CAN TELL HER THE REASON WHY YOU ARE LEAVING.
