I work with a girl who's boyfriend was arrested by the FBI for enticing a minor (14 year old girl) over the internet. They got him when he went to meet with said minor, the minor really being an FBI agent. They have copies of the emails and he admitted to everything. He is now going for a plea bargain. My question is what would he be plea bargaining down to and what kind of sentence will he be getting?
