Is it true that all information given to a guardian for the child is accessible to both parents and attorneys?
If so would it be in my best interest to reveal or not reveal information related to illegal drug use around the children to the guardian or just wait for my court date to reveal this information? My ex has knows that I know that she uses drugs but she does not know that I have people who are willing to testify that she uses drugs in the presence of the kids.
My ex has had multiple suicide attempts and HAD custody of my preschool age children. She wants custody back. I currently have temporary custody until we go back. When the allegations are shown to be false will she also be responsible for my court fees? She is responsible for the fees for the child's attorney, but she made the allegations when she realized she was not going to be granted custody. She has made statements that she would rather the kids go into foster care than for me to have them.
